Conservative Hip Surgery Case Title: Surgical Hip Dislocation Removal of Acetabular Rim Bony Fragment Repair of the Labrum and Removal of CAM Lesion

Intra-substance ossification and fracture of the ream of the acetabular roof with a cyst adjacent to the roof. Surgical dislocation of the hip using greater trochanteric osteotomy, removal of the fragment, and repair of the labrum using two suture anchors (visible at the roof of the socket). The CAM lesion has also been removed (Fig. 1.1).
